This circuit breaker's spring-charged operating mechanism consists of two parts: an upright-mounted isolating mechanism and an inverted circuit breaker operating mechanism. A single-lever mechanical structure interlocks with the lower door. The lower door can only be opened when the interlock returns to its original position and the main circuit is in the open state and reliably grounded. The overall structure is compact, and the operating interlock meets the five-protection requirements. It is compatible with our company's GRHV-12/630 environmentally friendly cabinet-mounted isolating circuit breakers. If the circuit breaker is adjusted to meet specific requirements, the operating mechanism can also be customized.

Opening and closing operations
Power-On Operation:
Close the lower door of switchgear Insert the handle into the grounding operation hole and rotate it counterclockwise to lock/unlock the lower door. Insert the handle into the isolating operation hole and rotate it counterclockwise to close the isolating switch. Insert the handle into the V-mechanism charging operation hole and rotate it clockwise to charge the circuit breaker. Press the green button on the V-mechanism to close the circuit breaker.
Power-Off Operation:
Press the red button on the V-mechanism to open the circuit breaker. Insert the handle into the isolating operation hole and rotate it clockwise to open the isolating switch. Insert the handle into the grounding operation hole and rotate it clockwise to close the grounding switch. Insert the handle into the V-mechanism charging operation hole and rotate it clockwise to charge the circuit breaker. Press the green button on the V-mechanism to close the circuit breaker. The lower door of switchgear can be opened.

This model is the environmentally friendly cabinet-type disconnecting circuit breaker GRHV-12/630, a matching under-cabinet disconnecting circuit breaker for this article. The upper portion of this product houses the disconnecting switch with a visible disconnect port, while the lower portion houses the circuit breaker. Therefore, the operating mechanism consists of two parts: the disconnecting switch operating mechanism and the circuit breaker operating mechanism below.
