The sealed environmentally friendly circuit breaker used in environmentally friendly cabinets utilizes vacuum arc extinguishing and features a compact design. The switch body is housed in a sealed gas box. It offers strong environmental adaptability, compact size, easy installation, flexible operation, and stable operation. Furthermore, it meets the insulation performance requirements of dry environmentally friendly gas at zero gauge pressure, eliminating the need for SF6 gas filling for insulation reinforcement, thereby limiting greenhouse gas emissions. The disconnector, a key safety and isolation component, is completely enclosed in a sealed compartment. This design isolates it from external environmental factors such as humidity, dust, and contaminants, improving reliability and reducing maintenance.

This air switch complies with the technical requirements of GB/T1984-2014 and GB/1985-2014 "AC High-Voltage Circuit Breakers." It has a main circuit rated current of 630A, with rated currents of 20kA and 25kA, and a mechanical life of 10,000 cycles.

This product has passed all tests required by the standards, including opening and closing tests (including E2-level electrical life tests), short-time withstand current and peak withstand current tests, high/low temperature tests, mechanical life (M2-level), capacitive current opening and closing tests (C2-level), insulation tests under zero gauge pressure, partial discharge tests, and main circuit 1.1 times rated continuous current temperature rise tests.

1. The altitude of the application site cannot exceed 2,000 meters, and the seismic intensity must not exceed 8 degrees.
2. The product should be operated in an ambient humidity range of -30°C to +40°C, with a daily average relative humidity not exceeding 90% and a monthly average relative humidity not exceeding 90%.
3. The installation location needs to be free from frequent and severe vibration, as well as the presence of water vapor, gases, and chemically corrosive deposits that could seriously affect the performance of the mechanism.
4. The installation location should be free from smoke, dust, dirt, fire, and explosion hazards.
5. If any deviation from normal usage conditions occurs, the customer should consult the manufacturer in advance so that we can adjust the product during production.
