12KV 1000A High-voltage circuit breakers ,like this kind gas insulated substation components, (often termed high-voltage switches) plays a critical role in SF₆ gas-insulated switchgears. The function of a circuit breaker in closing, carrying and interrupting current under normal circuit conditions. This circuit breaker is composed of fiberglass board, also known as epoxy insulation board, copper parts, iron parts, vacuum tubes, and flexible connections. The recycling rate of all materials reaches 90%.

The main circuit is 800A-20kA, 25kA(3 seconds), with a mechanical life of 10,000 times.The grounding circuit is 20kA (2s), and the mechanical life is 2000 times.

GB1984-89, GB/T1984-2014 AC high voltage circuit breakers

1. The altitude of the application site cannot exceed 2,000 meters, and the seismic intensity must not exceed 8 degrees.
2. The product should be operated in an ambient humidity range of -30°C to +40°C, with a daily average relative humidity not exceeding 90% and a monthly average relative humidity not exceeding 90%.
3. The installation location needs to be free from frequent and severe vibration, as well as the presence of water vapor, gases, and chemically corrosive deposits that could seriously affect the performance of the mechanism.
4. The installation location should be free from smoke, dust, dirt, fire, and explosion hazards.
5. If any deviation from normal usage conditions occurs, the customer should consult the manufacturer in advance so that we can adjust the product during production.

SF₆ gas-insulated switchgears

In gas cabinets, SF₆, as an arc-extinguishing medium, exhibits excellent insulation properties. At the same pressure, its dielectric strength is 2.5 to 3 times that of air. Increasing the SF₆ pressure yields higher dielectric strength, but this increase is not linear. It reaches saturation at higher pressures, and the more uneven the electric field, the lower the saturation pressure. SF₆ also has a strong electron affinity. When an arc burns in SF6, it captures a large number of free electrons, rapidly reducing the arc's conductivity, increasing arc column resistance, and promoting arc extinction. Furthermore, SF₆'s thermal conductivity is 2 to 5 times higher than air, allowing for greater arc heat dissipation, aiding arc extinguishing and rapidly improving dielectric recovery strength after the arc current passes through zero. Therefore, it is also an excellent arc-extinguishing medium.
