Gas Insulated Breaker

This gas-insulated circuit breaker with disconnector is 12KV 630A, which is used in gas insulated switchgear (GIS) to protect cables and machines from overloads, short circuits and insulation faults. As for the insulation components of circuit breaker are primarily made of environmentally friendly thermoplastic clinker with a recycling rate of up to 90%, which follow the concept of sustainable development and eco-friendly development. This breaker combines a circuit breaker and disconnector into one unit, reducing costs and cabinet size. The integrated operating mechanism of the circuit breaker and disconnector allows for more safe maintenance.

The main circuit is 630A-20kA, 25kA(3 seconds), with a mechanical life of 10,000 times. The grounding circuit is 20kA (2s), and the mechanical life is 2000 times.

Gas-filled cabinets (GIS)

GIS use low-pressure SF₆ gas, N₂, or a mixed gas (SF₆ + N₂) as the insulation medium for switchgear. They centrally house high-voltage electrical components such as circuit breakers, disconnectors, earthing switches, and transformers within a sealed, stainless steel enclosure.
