Components of Switchgear Enclosure
The high-voltage cabinet body, with an IP40 protection rating, is constructed from fully clad 2.0mm aluminum-zinc profiles, including a 2.0mm front panel, a 2.0mm rear door panel, and 1.5mm end caps. Other materials are manufactured according to company standards and can be customized.
For example, KYN28-12 cabinet includes accessories such as iron trusses, door locks, hinges, explosion-proof glass, left and right guide rails, a shutter mechanism, and a secondary interlock. Additional options include contact boxes, static contacts, moving contacts, busbar bushings, sensors, grounding switches, transfer carts, and electromagnetic locks, depending on the number of cabinets.
As for 35KV, KYN61-40.5 cabinet, in addition to the traditional standard tower-shaped cable seals, cable clamps, sensors, contact boxes, can also be equipped with optional isolation trolleys, earthing switches, etc.
