Product Description

GN27-40.5(C)(D) type high voltage isolator switch, suitable for indoor installations with a rated voltage of 40.5kV and a three-phase AC frequency of 50Hz. Available current ratings are 400A, 630A, 1250A, 2000A, and 2500A. As a new product to replace traditional old disconnect switches, its design with grounding knife integrates the dual functions of "isolation + grounding". With forced mechanical interlocking, it can avoid dangerous operations such as grounding while energized or closing the switch while grounded, and is suitable for the insulation requirements of Class II pollution sites. Suitable for connecting and switching circuits under voltage-on-demand conditions. Can be used with high-voltage switchgear or installed independently on an indoor wall.

Standards:

GB/T 11022-2011 Common Technical Requirements for High Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear

GB 1985-2004 High Voltage AC Disconnecting Switches and Grounding Switches

DL/T 593-2006 Common Technical Requirements for High Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear

DL/T 486-2010 Technical Conditions for Ordering AC High Voltage Disconnecting Switches and Grounding Switches

Core features:

1. With grounding switch + mechanical interlock: Supports three positions: "main switch closed + grounding switch open", "main switch open + grounding switch open", and "main switch open + grounding switch closed". The mechanical interlock forcibly prevents "grounding while energized" and "closing with grounding", complying with power safety regulations.

2. Strong insulation design: Employs large creepage distance post insulators (suitable for Class II pollution environments), with insulation performance meeting the high requirements of 35kV systems; the rotating shaft is equipped with bearings, making operation easy and with a lifespan ≥2000 cycles.

3. High-efficiency conductive structure: The break side features a swing-type multi-contact contact, with low single-piece contact pressure, low wear, and a large heat dissipation area (suitable for high-current scenarios); the rotary contact has self-cleaning capability, reducing contact resistance.

Ordering Instructions:

The product model, rated voltage, and rated current must be clearly specified, such as GN27-40.5D/1250.

Please specify the type of operating mechanism (manual/electric). If an electric mechanism is selected, the motor voltage and control voltage must be indicated.

Please specify the grounding method (single grounding/double grounding) and whether additional protective components such as electromagnetic locks or coded locks are required.

If composite insulators are required, this must be specified separately.

Operating Procedures:

When operating manually, ensure the interlock status conforms to the operating logic before performing the opening/closing or grounding operation by rotating the handle horizontally. If jamming occurs during operation, do not force it; troubleshoot the problem before resuming operation.

Before operating electrically, verify that the motor voltage and control voltage are normal, and test the stability of the remote signal transmission. For first-time operation, it is recommended to simulate manually before switching to electric mode.

FAQ:

Q: How long is the mechanical life?

A: ≥2000 times operation.

Q: Do you provide installation, operation, or maintenance manuals? Where can I find/download them?

A: Yes, each product can be accompanied by an operation manual if you need, please inform us before packing.

Q: Does it come with an operating mechanism?

A: Yes, please inform us before quoting if you need operating mechanism.

Q: What are the installation methods?

A:Three ways: horizontal, vertical, and tilted installation.
