Structure and Features

The load-disconnector features a housing made of glass-fiber-reinforced unsaturated polyester resin.
A spring-loaded acceleration mechanism enables rapid connection and disconnection.
The contact structure features two separate contact surfaces with parallel double-break points, with contact pressure maintained by leaf springs.
The disconnector automatically controls the open and close limits and features clear on/off markings to indicate the open and close positions.

Installation Instructions

1. The switch should be installed vertically. Before installation, check the nameplate for compliance with operating requirements. Confirm that the switch is in the off position. Move the switch operating handle. When the arrow on the pointer points outside the "0" position and the observation window displays "0," the switch is in the off position. When the arrow points to the "I" position and the observation window displays "I," the switch is in the closed position.

2. The wiring terminals and bare busbars on the switch should be wrapped with insulation to prevent interphase short circuits.

3. If the extension shaft of the external switch is not aligned with the handle hole, do not move the extension shaft to avoid damage to internal components. Always adjust the switch position to ensure alignment.

4. The switch should be maintained approximately every six months. If the rotating parts are stiff, apply MP-3 grease. Check for loose fasteners and repair them accordingly. If damage is severe, discontinue use.
