Air isolated circuit breakers with disconnector which is used in eco-friendly switchgear and air insulated switgear (AIS), utilize a semi-encapsulated structure and adopts vacuum arc extinguishing method, offering advantages such as uniform electric field, reliable interruption, long service life, maintenance-free operation, and easy installation. In medium-voltage power distribution systems, the most commonly used ring main units (RMUs) include SF6 gas-insulated RMUs, solid-insulated RMUs, and environmentally friendly gas-insulated RMUs. However, due to the greenhouse effect of SF6 gas and the difficulty in recycling solid insulation materials, the application of SF6 gas-insulated RMUs and solid-insulated RMUs will be limited. This circuit breaker contains no sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) greenhouse gas or solid epoxy resin waste, achieving remarkable energy conservation and emission reduction effects. The installation volume is small, the structure is safe and reliable, and there are multiple schemes such as upper isolation and lower isolation.
The GRHV-12/630 is primarily used as the top-mounted isolation unit in environmentally friendly air-insulated ring main unit cabinets. As the primary component within the cabinet, it performs the main circuit closing and opening functions, closing and opening rated load currents, and closing and interrupting short-circuit currents.

Usage Environment
- The altitude of the application site cannot exceed 2,000 meters, and the seismic intensity must not exceed 8 degrees.
- The product should be operated in an ambient humidity range of -30°C to +40°C, with a daily average relative humidity not exceeding 90% and a monthly average relative humidity not exceeding 90%.
- The installation location needs to be free from frequent and severe vibration, as well as the presence of water vapor, gases, and chemically corrosive deposits that could seriously affect the performance of the mechanism.
- The installation location should be free from smoke, dust, dirt, fire, and explosion hazards.
- If any deviation from normal usage conditions occurs, the customer should consult the manufacturer in advance so that we can adjust the product during production.
