Air Insulated Circuit Breaker

This 12KV air insulated  circuit breaker, also known as an disconnect switch, features a distinct disconnect point and an integrated spindle structure. It offers advantages such as uniform electric field, excellent synchronization, long service life, maintenance-free operation, and easy installation. It is primarily used in environmentally friendly air-insulated ring main unit cabinets. As an important component within PT unit cabinets, it handles closing, opening, and grounding the PT main circuit.

PT  unit cabinet , (also known as voltage transformer cabinet) , is the core equipment for voltage measurement, protection and power supply in the power system. It adopts a metal armored removable structure, equipped with an observation window for easy operation monitoring, and separates the primary and secondary chambers through an independent trolley. The core components of the PT cabinet include voltage transformers, fuses and lightning arresters. The main functions include providing measurement voltage, protection voltage, operating power, and supporting relay protection requirements such as busbar insulation monitoring and over- and undervoltage protection. The configuration scheme covers three types: fuse trolleys, PT trolleys and fixed cabinets. Load operation can be achieved through isolating switches or trolleys.

Functions of PT unit cabinet:

(1) Provide measurement voltage, instrument voltage and protection voltage in the electrical system.

(2) Provide measurement voltage for power meters.

(3) Provide operation and control power (PT) for related equipment.

(4) Meet the needs of electrical system relay protection. Busbar insulation, undervoltage, overvoltage, standby equipment automatic switching conditions, etc. The high-voltage cabinet top voltage busbar is powered by the PT cabinet.

1. Suitable for 12kV environmentally friendly gas-insulated ring main unit (RMU).
2. Integrated modular structure, a clear disconnection point.

3. Can use dry air, nitrogen, or mixed gases as the insulating medium.
4. Switch insulation components are primarily made of environmentally friendly thermoplastic clinker with a recycling rate of up to 90%.
5. The arc extinguishing chamber poles utilize a three-phase integrated molding structure, ensuring uniform field strength and improved insulation.

1) Ambient Temperature: Maximum +40°C, Minimum -15°C (Storage and transportation at -30°C permitted);

2) Altitude: ≤ 2000 meters;

3) Ambient Humidity: Daily average relative humidity < 95%, monthly average relative humidity ≤ 90%;

4) Earthquake Intensity: Not exceeding 8 degrees;

5) Operating Location: No flammable or explosive hazards, no water vapor, no chemically corrosive gases, and no severe vibration.

Note: For special operating conditions that differ from normal operating conditions, buyers should inform the manufacturer. For example, when electrical equipment is installed at an altitude of 2000 meters or above, this must be specifically noted so that we can make adjustments during production.
