High-voltage load switches can be used in load switch cabinets and ring main cabinets (load switch-fuse combination cabinets). They are used to interrupt normal load current and overload current and have a certain short-circuit closing capacity. They are usually used in conjunction with fuses, with the load switch providing control and overload protection and the fuse providing short-circuit protection.

Fuse-type load switches are typically used in gas-insulated switchgear. These products feature a clear disconnect point and are equipped with fuses to interrupt short-circuit currents. They offer optional fuses, optional grounding, and two- or three-position operation. Customization is possible based on your specifications.

Main circuit: 800A-20kA (4s), 25kA (3s); mechanical life: 5000 cycles. Ground circuit: 20kA (2s); mechanical life: 2000 cycles.

Complies with the requirements of GB3804-2017, "3.6kV-40.5kV High-Voltage AC Load Switches," and GB16926-2009, "AC High-Voltage Load Switch-Fuse Combination Apparatus."

Usage Environment

1) Ambient Temperature: Maximum +40°C, Minimum -15°C (Storage and transportation at -30°C permitted);

2) Altitude: ≤ 2000 meters;

3) Ambient Humidity: Daily average relative humidity < 95%, monthly average relative humidity ≤ 90%;

4) Earthquake Intensity: Not exceeding 8 degrees;

5) Operating Location: No flammable or explosive hazards, no water vapor, no chemically corrosive gases, and no severe vibration.

Note: For special operating conditions that differ from normal operating conditions, buyers should inform the manufacturer. For example, when electrical equipment is installed at an altitude of 2000 meters or above, this must be specifically noted so that we can make adjustments during production.
