This outcoming line operating mechanism of sf6 circuit breaker is suitable for a variety of indoor high-voltage SF6 load switchgear. This series of operating mechanism of sf6 circuit breaker adopts planar vortex springs to control the operation of load switches, and the grounding operation is controlled during the process by using compression springs. The working positions are three stations: closing, opening and grounding. The grounding and closing are equipped with mechanical interlocks to prevent misoperation. This product features a moderate volume, convenient installation and use, and strong adaptability.
This operating mechanism of sf6 circuit breaker complies with the relevant requirements of GB3804-2004 "3.6~40.5kv High Voltage AC Load Switch" and GB16926-2009 "AC High Voltage Load Switch Fuse Combined Electrical Apparatus".
Operating Instruction
1. Closing the Load Switch:
Fix the mechanism to the main unit. Use the dedicated operating handle, insert it into the mechanism's closing operating shaft (below), and rotate it clockwise to close the switch. Rotate the spring counterclockwise to charge energy, causing the mechanism to actuate the contacts and quickly close the load switch. Simultaneously, the spring charges energy in preparation for opening the switch, or the motor is energized to actuate the mechanism to complete the switch closing operation.
2. Opening the Load Switch:
Simply press the opening button to release the energy in the opening spring, causing the mechanism to actuate the main shaft for a rapid opening operation.
3. Closing the Load Switch:
Insert the operating handle into the grounding operating shaft (above) and rotate it 90° counterclockwise. The main unit, under the action of the mechanism's spring force, closes the grounding circuit.
4. Opening the Load Switch:
Turn the operating handle counterclockwise approximately 90°, causing the main unit, under the action of the mechanism's spring force, to open the grounding circuit.
