Sf6 Circuit Breaker Mechanism

This incoming SF6 circuit breaker mechanism is suitable for various indoor high-voltage SF6 load switchgear. It features a moderate size, easy installation and operation, and strong adaptability. This series of SF6 circuit breakers utilizes a flat spiral spring to control the load switch operation, while the grounding operation is controlled by a compression spring. The operating mechanism features a three-position hard interlock: closed, open, and grounding. Mechanical interlocks are installed on the grounding and closing positions to prevent accidental operation. The hard and soft interlocks of electrical equipment are mechanical and electrical. Electrical interlocks are controlled by the secondary equipment of the electrical equipment and are soft-locked. Mechanical interlocks are controlled by the mechanical transmission components of the electrical equipment itself and are hard-locked.

This SF6 circuit breaker mechanism complies with the relevant requirements of GB3804-2004, "3.6-40.5kV High-Voltage AC Load Switches," and GB16926-2009, "AC High-Voltage Load Switch-Fuse Combination Apparatus."
