200 amp 3 phase fused disconnect is a key protective devices for outdoor low-voltage power distribution systems. Outdoor means they typically offer a high level of protection, effectively withstanding harsh weather conditions such as wind, rain, and dust. These disconnectors integrate isolation with overload and short-circuit protection. Structurally, they combine the switching capabilities of disconnectors with the protection characteristics of fuses. Under normal operating conditions, circuits can be manually opened and closed, enabling line maintenance and isolation. In the event of an overload or short circuit, the built-in fuse quickly disconnects the fault current, preventing equipment damage and further accidents. Available currents range from 200A to 1000A, with four-phase and three-phase options available.

Normal Operating and Installation Conditions
1. Ambient air temperature must not exceed +40°C and not fall below -5°C.
2. The installation location must not exceed 2000m above sea level.
3. Humidity: At a maximum temperature of +40°C, the relative humidity must not exceed 50%. Higher relative humidity is permitted at lower temperatures, for example, up to 90% at 20°C. Special measures must be taken to prevent occasional condensation caused by temperature fluctuations.
4. The ambient pollution level must be Level 3.
5. The switch must be installed in an area free from significant shaking, impact, or vibration. The installation location must be free of explosive media and free of gases and dust that could corrode metal or damage insulation.

Power-on sequence: First, ensure all load switches are in the OFF position -> then close the isolating switch -> finally, close the load switches one by one.
Power-off sequence: First, disconnect all load switches one by one -> then open the isolating switch -> display the "Working, Do Not Close" warning sign.

A: Regularly inspect the housing for damage, cracks, and rust. Remove surface dust and dirt, ensure proper insulation, and prevent electrical creepage. Regularly perform no-load opening and closing operations to check that the operating mechanism is flexible and smooth, and that the contacts are in good contact.
